Cancellation policy--- Because of our limited units, cancellations made more than 30 days prior to your intended stay will receive a refund of the deposit, less a $25 administration fee. Cancellations made thirty days or less from the beginning of your stay will forfeit all monies. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
